/v1/*endpoints with token auth. Stable schema, signed manifests. - ✓Source-document hashes on every row. Each unit count reconciles to the primary government file it came from.
- ✓Independently reconcilable. Each row is verifiable against its source-document hash; the per-release reconciliation surfaces every excluded edge case.
- ✓Direct line to the team. You email; a person replies. No Zendesk tier.
